This full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc puts many higher-priced Sancerre to shame. Fresh and elegant, this pairs beautifully with asparagus, shellfish, raw or grilled fish, and also goat cheese, cured meats or simply by itself. From 25 year old vines, this crisp white is round and expressive, aged on fine lees in a stainless-steel tank for 10 to 18 months.
