Christina Netzl’s family has lived and farmed in the village of Göttlesbrunn -- located along the south side of the Danube in the Caruntum region of eastern Austria -- since 1650, but Christina’s organic and low-intervention winemaking methods are anything but outdated. Don’t let the buggy label spook you: it’s an homage to the beneficial insects warding off pests and maintaining soil health in her vineyards. This wine uses 100% Zweigelt grapes to produce a light, aromatic rosé with notes of strawberries and cherries on the palate.
