A blend of 60% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah, 14% Mourvèdre, 6% Rolle, this rosé has a rich texture, welcome complexity, surprisingly long finish and aging capability that indicate a serious food rosé. The nose is rich and intense with citrus notes and complex aromatics of small red fruits, red currants and wild herbs. The palate is well-balanced, fleshy and crisp, with an orchard fruit, watermelon and savory elements all in place.
