Based in the Santa Rita Hills of Santa Barbara County, California, Ampelos (literally, “vines” in Greek) is the first winemaker in the US to be 100% certified organic, sustainable, and biodynamic. This dark-salmon-colored Rosé -- think raw sockeye -- is a blend of 75% Syrah, 19% Grenache, and 6% Riesling, and features a crisp minerality with red fruit on the nose and palate.
